Returns Policy
BUSINESS CUSTOMERS purchasing digital products.
Once a digital download is purchased it cannot be returned or refunded.
BUSINESS CUSTOMERS purchasing physical goods.
Trade customer purchase physical goods by chip box quantity (generally 3, 6, 9 or 12 pieces at discounted trade prices), and must report any defect or missing products on the day of delivery. Any goods to be returned must be done so by prior agreement and at the customers expense. A restocking charge of 20% will be applied to any and all returns that are not faulty. A shipping fees refund will be included at cost of shipping for confirmed faulty goods.
Salon Owners, Collages and Session Stylists may apply for a trade account using the "Trade Account Application Form".
CONSUMER CUSTOMERS purchasing physical goods.
Consumer customers can return unopened and unused products up to 28 days from order date. Damaged goods can be returned at the consumers expense for quality control inspection. If the return is accepted following inspection a full refund will be issued including the cost of the consumers postage.
